counter不讓他check-in

14.03 Chip-In報到
14.05 到Office
14.10 到departure hall找crew的妹妹
14.32 經過多番聯絡，终於成功check-in
14.45 趕到KL887(HKG)閘口（救命！最遠的E24）
15.10 KL887 confirm
15.32 KL898(PEK)到
16.10 KL888(HKG)到
16.40 到KL897(PEK)閘口
17.35 KL897 confirm
17.40 到KL895(PVG)閘口，同事阿平正處理掉了Passport的中國客人
18.10 帶客人到酒店
18.20 收到電話到T6(Transfer Desk)幫客人，同時替掉Passport的客人rebook航班
18.45 回到酒店
18.53 收到電話要到D59(神根區)幫客人，又順道再到T6，因Tickting同事之前rebook錯了flight
18.55 到T6，但又遇到2個CZ(南航)的客和領隊走失了，於是替他們找領隊
19.06 到D59，客人沒有Infant Ticket(BB的機票)，上不了飛機。經調查後原來他訂票的agent沒有替BB
訂AMS-FCO的票，客人又不說英語，跟Gate Agent「雞同鴨講」
19.20 到T2(另一個Transfer Desk)Tickting替客人買Infant Ticket & Check-in
19.35 终於返到Office
19.40 吃午飯，韓國同事替我準備了吃的(這還可算是午餐嗎？)
20.10 到CZ閘口替同事的女兒安排機位
20.25 到酒店送回客人的機票
20.35 回到Office
20.50 離開Office收工
我的工作是否非常充實呢？其實當中還有幾隻機和其他事我同事阿平處理了！不過這差不多都是我們每一天的寫照，每一天都有大小不同、意想不到的事發生哩！

Hey sweetie, what happened with the tkt of kate's sister? I heard that Stephen got a call in mid night, isnt it? horrible...
We thought that all of her tkt was taken in HK. She has been stand-by for 2 days. We thought that the first day they forgot to return the tkt, then the second day they took her AMS-HKG tkt......we dunno the details, just wild guessing.
We called Stephen around 14.20pm local time here, because the check-in counter won't accept her anyway without tkt, and Kate has to work and also too late to issue another tkt.....pls say sorry to Stephen
nancy, not quite true, i believe... cos it was me who returned the whole tkt to kate, I am 200 percent sure...as i double check... that is why I find it so strange that she had lost the tkt...but sure not being kept in HKG...as we do post flight cpn counting everyday...strange strange..
Monica, actually binh and me was doubted a little bit as well....since already a few days ago...U guys should find out the extra tkt.....but anyway I dunno....that's their version.....I only see the last copy of the tkt...the AMS-HKG was totally gone...and the sis was crying as well....so at that time what we only could do is to get the authorized from Stephen...otherwise she is totally stuck there...and at that time I couldn't get any contact of U guys and the flight is going to be closed as well....of course I do believe in U, I got to find out the truth....I will ask Kate next time
haha Nancy, actually Sophie, Stephen and I all are sure that the cpn is not kept in our side... anyways, stephen is gotta call her, maybe ask her to pay the FOI, etc... I dont know...:p
